Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.
Customer will receive order confirmation email mentioned on request for quote. Estimated shipping time will be intimated on quote and proforma Invoice generated by ALIFAH. ALIFAH will offer quotes with shipping of orders via FedEx, TCS, UPS or DHL. Shipping charges mentioned. These charges will be estimated, exact charges will be mentioned on proforma invoice.
Exact shipping time cannot be ascertained even by Couriers like DHL, TCS, FedEx or UPS. It will as per courier website tracking information. Any delay for international shipping due to customs or any other reason is not in control of Alifah Ent.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
- Courier by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ARAMEX: 3-4 business days or as advised by the courier, depending on the delivery location.
- AIR/SEA CARGO: As advised by the freight forwarder and communicated to the customer by email at the time of order placement.
All times and dates given for product delivery are estimates and provided in good faith.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. However, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
- Israel
- North Korea
- Russia
- All U.S. Department of Commerce and trade-embargoed entities and countries
Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries. Additional taxes and duties over which we have no control may apply; you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country and for any additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Shipping will not be undertaken to U.S. embargoed entities and countries.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
